You might be wondering what makes Beth's recipes so great, right? Well let me tell you my top four (4) reasons:
- They are budget friendly
- Her recipes don't require a ton of ingredients, especially those you will only use once.
- The recipes are easy yet full of flavor. With a three month old at home, I simply don't have the time to prepare meals that are too time consuming.
- My husband is very impressed with my cooking as of late.
- Southwest Chicken Skillet
- Chicken Arribbiata
- Chicken Green Chili Enchiladas with homemade enchilada sauce
- Cajun Chicken Pasta
- Easy Sesame Chicken
- Easy Oven Fajitas
- Chipotle Chicken Chili
- BBQ Chicken Pizza
- Creamy Tomato and Spinach Pasta
- Italian Wonderpot
I am quite excited to try a few more recipes this week! Our menu for the week looks something like this:
- Monday - Salsa Chicken Casserole
- Tuesday - Honey Balsamic Chicken Tenders
- Wednesday - Tangy Tomato Pasta with Chicken
- Thursday - Southwest Chicken Scramble
- Friday - Healthy White Bean Spread with Tuna (from Eat Clean Diet Cookbook). I shared this recipe on my blog last year.
Thank you so much for reading.
